Hit a homerun this summer and contact no limit for opportunities this summer to:

Increase bat speed and throwing velocity.
Improve deceleration phase of pitching and throwing.
Improve 1st step acceleration and change of direction.
Improve core performance and overall mobility.
Increase durability and fewer injuries.

Participate in a sound strength & conditioning program to improve yoiur baseball performance.  Strength, plyos, movement, mobility, and prehab all play a vital role in maximizing your potential on the field.  Consisitency and year round involvement are necessary.
