Playing multiple sports provides more opportunities to develop and practice different movements, skills, balance, stability, coordination, etc. Throw in quality strength and conditioning and you have built a solid foundation and will possess athletic skills to use down the road. This leads to increase chance of success in any athletic endeavor and the likelihood of staying healthy. ​
