Soccer Players.........

Soccer players need to be able to complete 90+ minutes of intermittent intense activity. In addition, they require high levels of acceleration, change of direction, body control, and even jump ability. Make sure you are doing what you can to prepare for the upcoming season. This should include a combined approach of strength training, specific conditioning, plyometrics, flexibility, and SAQ work. There is a lot you can do at home and on your own.
