SPEED AND AGILITYSpeed and agility are two of the most important abilities in sport and both are trainable. Every athlete can become faster and more agile with the appropriate training program.
|
SPORT SPECIFIC TRAININGOur staff strongly believes in the benefits of participating in multiple sports. Developing athletic qualities will benefit the multi-sport athlete in all sports which they compete. During specific seasons or at later stages of athletic development, it may benefit to focus on specific training. No Limit can even provide split training working with a strength coach and sport coach in any chosen sport.

PERFORMANCE CAMPSNo Limit provides performance camps addressing all areas of athletic performance: speed, agility, explosiveness, strength, mobility, prehab, and conditioning. Participate in a camp with others or work with our staff to develop a camp for your team or organization. Camps may focus on overall athleticism or specific qualities such as speed or vertical jump.

TESTING & EVALUATIONFind out where you stand, how much you improved, or how you rate against others. In order to maximize performance, you need to monitor strengths, weaknesses, and progress. Set up a testing and evaluation session for any athletic quality. No Limit provides automatic timing of 40's, 10's, and Pro Agility along with test protocols for vertical jump, strength, power, mobility, aerobic and anaerobic capacity.

ACL PREVENTIONThe majority of ACL injuries occur in athletes under the age of 23 and in the female athletic population. The risk of an ACL injury can not be eliminated, but it can be reduced by performing training that requires strength, balance, power, and agility. Athletes involved in high risk sports, and especially female athletes, should participate in training to reduce the risk of an ACL tear.
|
OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTINGExplosiveness is the most important aspect of most sports and an underlying factor in speed and vertical jump height. The Olympic style lifts provide an effective way of developing explosive power. Work with a coach to develop techniques in these lifts and supplementary drills to maximize power, speed, and jump height.
